This Vihaan Greens Buyers Welfare Association has come into existence to protect & safeguard the interest of home buyers who booked their flats in VIHAAN GREENS a troubled project in Delhi NCR region at Sector-1, Greater Noida West (UP) which is awaiting completion since more than 10+ years now .

WHO WE ARE

We are the only registered welfare society for the buyers of Vihaan Greens and Raksha Towers and our motive is to bring justice to buyers and provide the flats to them at the earliest in a legal manner. Over 110+ individual buyers have already filed RERA cases . The association as well has filed legal cases against the builder in Allahabad High Court and RERA
